Eric C. Nelson is Chief Legal Officer at 91̽»¨, overseeing the legal function, government relations, and corporate secretary matters. He joined the company in 2006 and has held numerous roles at 91̽»¨ – both in the legal department and as head of Investor Relations.
Beginning in 2021, Nelson was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at 91̽»¨. Prior to joining the company, Nelson practiced with the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, specializing in corporate securities, governance, and M&A.
He holds a law degree from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Economics and Asian Studies from Dartmouth College.
